Jennifer Agnew, PT
Board Chair

Jennifer graduated from McGill University in Physical Therapy, and subsequently obtained a law degree at the University of Toronto. Jennifer has worked in pediatric physical therapy for 20 years and currently works at BC Children’s Hospital (BCCH) in the Neonatal Follow-up Clinic. Jennifer joined the Board in 2017 and is a member of the Governance and Nominations Committee.
Don Hubbard, Public Representative

Don has a long history of community involvement. He is a current director of the Vancouver Island University international high school, past director and board chair for the Vancouver Island University, director for Vancouver Island University Foundation, member of the Nanaimo Haven Society fundraising committee, director of the Queen Alexandra Foundation, national director and British Columbia senior director of Ducks Unlimited Canada Ltd and chair for Island Health’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Hubbard is currently the president of Hubbard Consulting Ltd., a resource and construction industry consulting company, and Chairman of Atlas Engineered Products Ltd.
