Registration Outtakes: Registrants Referred to Inquiry

Complaints may be submitted internally for non-compliance with registration requirements, such as not maintaining valid professional liability insurance or not following through on requests from the Criminal Records Review Program related to Criminal Record Checks.

  • After registration renewal 2023, staff referred three registrants to Inquiry for not completing the Annual Self Report (ASR) as required by bylaws 49 and 55. Full registrants must complete it, including reviewing the feedback in their report, and then declare on their renewal that they have done so.
  • After the annual professional liability insurance (PLI) audit, staff will refer nine registrants to Inquiry. Registrants must provide proof of their PLI when requested by the College and must not have any gaps in their coverage.
