Renewal Outtakes: Employment Updates

Registration staff often notice that physical therapists delay updating their profile. Recently, a therapist updated their employment from 2012. For over 10 years, the College and the public did not have correct information about where that physical therapist practiced. Also, how did the PT log hours from that employment?

Bylaw 51 mandates that registrants update profiles, including contact details and employment changes, within five days of any alteration. This applies after name changes, moves, job changes, or new phone numbers. To update, simply log into the Registrant Portal and select My profile.
