Background

The College will be amalgamating with six other Colleges on June 28, 2024.  The College election cycle results in newly elected Board members taking office in June of each election year.   The proposed amendment extends the term of office of the elected College Board members for one year.  This will allow the elected board members whose term of office would expire on or about June 11, 2024 to continue until the date of amalgamation.

Notice to the public is published on the College website at www.cptbc.org

Please provide any feedback or comments on the proposed bylaw amendments by December 1, 2023, by 4.30pm PST.
