Canadian Presenteeism Study

Royal Roads University is conducting research on the impact of COVID-19 and presenteeism (working while ill) on the mental health and wellbeing of healthcare workers in British Columbia.

The research is led by Frances Jorgensen, Phd, Professor of Organizational Behaviour with the Faculty of Management at Royal Roads University. Her profile is available on the university website and LinkedIn.

You are invited to participate in the research by completing a short online survey (20 minutes maximum) to answer general questions about your job, mental health and wellbeing. The research project also includes focus groups to help better understand survey responses. Those who participate are asked to fully complete the survey. At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to indicate whether you would be interested in participating in a focus group.

All survey responses are anonymous, and all information will be accessible by researchers only, and kept strictly confidential.
