College Appoints New Public Board Member

The Board of Directors welcomes Trudy Hubbard as a public member. Ms. Hubbard is the past Executive Director of North Shore Volunteers for Seniors. She is the past President of Possibility Thinking Consultants specializing in non-profit development and management. She developed the BC Centre for Non-Profit Development and has twenty years’ experience in the Public Service as a Regulator Manager in the Audit Division, Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch, Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General.

Ms. Hubbard’s high ethical standards and integrity, flexibility, fairness and strong reasoning skills serve her well with employees and clients. Ms. Hubbard is committed to the North Vancouver community, serving on the Kiwanis North Shore Housing Society board, North Shore Council for the Office of the Seniors Advocate BC and volunteer North Shore Neighbourhood House.

She was nominated for Women of Excellence in recognition of exceptional accomplishment and inspiring commitment in the community. Ms. Hubbard has served as a Board Member on the College of Occupational Therapists of BC. She studied Business Management at Capilano University and obtained an Advanced Investigative Interviewing Certificate from the Justice Institute of BC.
