Staffing Update

We’re excited to welcome two new staff members to the College and announce an added role for a current employee.

Ms. Chris Smerdon who previously held the position of Manager, Quality Assurance has added registration to her portfolio. Ms. Smerdon has accepted the role of Manager, Registration and Quality Assurance. Congratulations Chris.

Ms. Kristin Pytlewski has been hired as a full-time inspector to support the inquiry process. Ms. Pytlewski was educated as a paralegal and has worked as an inspector with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia and most recently Pacific Blue Cross. Welcome Kristin.

Ms. Tracy Dignum will join the CPTBC as a practice advisor, on a part-time basis, in January 2020. Ms. Dignum worked at the CPTBC from 2012 to 2014 as the Quality Assurance Program Manager and we are very pleased to have her return in a new role. Welcome Tracy.
