How to Book Your Registrant Competence Assessment

Are you writing the RCA this year? Online booking opens on July 4 and closes on August 31.

What to do:

  1. In the QA Hub, review the RCA Prep Module section: Proctor and Registrant Booking Process.
  2. The proctor and booking system will open on July 4, 2018.
  3. Give your proctor the link to the QA Hub, where they will enroll and receive a Proctor Identification Number (PIN).
  4. Log in to the QA Hub to book your RCA session. You will need to enter your proctor’s PIN, choose your practice context and exam date. There is no limit to the number of people who can book for any exam session.
  5. Remind your proctor to retrieve the 4-character Proctor Key for your exam before your exam date.

Deadline: Midnight (Pacific) August 31, 2018. You may be charged an administrative fee for late bookings. If you have any questions, please email qap@cptbc.org.

RCA Prep Module

The RCA Prep Module was offline for a few days while we added new sample cases. It re-opened on May 23.
